By getting involved, we take the challenge and accept the responsibility in completing the project within the targeted time line. And looking back at the projects we’ve done, we often tell ourselves, “Wow, we’ve made it!” Indeed, it is a great fulfillment.

I have moved from one position to another – from Maintenance to Production Secretary and now as an HR & Benefits Specialist. I have worked with both Filipinos and expatriates. This experience has turned me from a shy to a more competitive and confident person.

I have been working with the Aboitiz Power Group for six years a half years. I currently manage the Systems Operations Department. Basically, everything that our team does is geared towards ensuring a reliable & good quality for VECO customers 24/7.

The various responsibilities entrusted to me have increased my technical proficiency both as an engineer and as a team leader.
